The polling engine, the modeling platform, co/nnect and Action Advocacy were all designed and shipped by this team this year. Then they created a company structure where anyone can build.
Our own polling engine fields the survey. Interactive dashboards put the results in front of the client right away, so nobody has to dig through a PDF of crosstabs.
Our modeling platform carries what the poll learned across the whole voter file. Campaigns build their own audience, see the universe count change as they go, and pull the contact list from the same place.
The same tools show which messages matter most to the voters in each audience. The research and the targeting stay connected, so the message is chosen for the people who will actually get it.

The same data that tells us who to reach tells us how to reach them: which channel, which message and which moment will actually move each voter. We put it to work through co/nnect, our own texting platform, along with live calls, digital and Action Advocacy. Every reply comes back in and sharpens the next contact.
The results tell the campaign what to do next: sharpen the message, rebuild an audience, shift to a different channel or go back into the field. Then the loop runs again, starting from what this round learned.
The rest is a company where anyone can build. A few of the things built this year that aren't shown above.
Jessica built a tool for her own registration work that cut a 3-hour job to 10 to 20 minutes.
Shortly before a texting deadline, a client asked for a contact-card capability. Walker and Jessica built it in about an hour.
An AI agent inside the engine edits a finished dashboard by request, so results reach clients faster.

An advocacy generator: from issue to message sent in four steps. It creates pages, trackers and client-specific applications in minutes. Demonstration page, fictional issue.
Because this team builds the products, co/efficient can change them around the problem in front of a client, often inside the same race.
“Everyone at co/efficient can be on the product team, to whatever degree they want.” Jessica Becks
